The ultimate, drive to the circuit, lap all day and drive home brake pad.  These are an agressive road legal brake pad.  Although they will work from cold they operate at their best with some heat in the friction compound.  If your car will never see a race track or you tend to complete short jurneys the 300 is a better option.
If you enjoy driving hard on back roads and complete a couple of trackdays a year then this is a fantastic option.
